If your Helly Hansen gear doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar durable packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
